ISPO-USA Course: Skills for Life 3: Bilateral Upper Limb Loss Workshop

This event is geared solely towards individuals who are missing both arms/hands and the special circumstances they face (as opposed to those missing one arm/hand). There are demonstrations and lectures from limb loss individuals, family members, and health care professionals.

New Look, Search, and Terms for Prosthetics and Orthotics Lexicon

The P&O Lexicon/Dictionary is an on-line tool for looking up definitions from over 1,000 clinical, technical and biomechanical terms. A new interface is now active, with ISO Standard Terminology. We have also upgraded to a new web server.

Please note that you can now filter the results directly from the table, with more powerful filtering options now available. An instruction page on using the filter/search features will be available soon, via a link on the Lexicon page. Thank you to Fangwei Zeng for his technical work on the new site and ISO Technical Committee 168 (Prosthetic and Orthotics) for their work on the revised database of terms and identification of ISO Standard Terminology.

The ICRC manuals for polypropylene technology are now available on their web site.
