Japanese now available for Prosthetics and Orthotics Online Definitions / Dictionary
The P&O Lexicon/Dictionary is an on-line tool for looking up definitions from over 1,000 clinical, technical and biomechanical terms. Thanks to translation and editing work by the Japanese Society for Prosthetics and Orthotics (JSPO) and ISPO Japan, Japanese terms and definitions are now available. According to Mitsuhiko Uchida, the General Secretary of ISPO Japan, "This online tool will be of great benefit to the prosthetic and orthotic community and students in Japan". In addition to recognizing the extensive work by the Japanese group, we would like to acknowledge the continued technical contributions from Fangwei Zeng.
