How to Join ISPO Canada

It is fairly simple to join ISPO Canada.

  1. Download an Membership Application form (Excel Format). Make sure to enter your email address since email has become the preferred method for communication between ISPO and our international membership.
  2. Download and complete the credit card form, if required (MS Word). Please FAX or mail this form (i.e., do not send by email). An additional 10% will be charged for processing credit card payments. Please make cheques payable to CNSPO.
  3. Send the completed forms and the registration fee ($135.00) to the ISPO Canada treasurer.

ISPO Canada will send you your ISPO Membership Card and registration number by mail. Copies of the journal "Prosthetics and Orthotics International" will be sent to your mailing address.
